Responsibilities

As a Field Construction Fiber Splicing Supervisor, you are responsible for leading a team of Fiber splicers who produce high-quality work while using specialized skills in splicing, activations, testing, troubleshooting, and more to make a difference. Join us in expanding technology for a better community. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

  • Provide leadership in the utility construction industry
  • Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of fiber splicing
  • Gives direction to multiple crews and their Job-site activities
  • Support the company-wide safety culture
  • Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects
  • Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers for escalated issues

Qualifications

About You:

  • Must be familiar with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and Comcast maintenance technician work
  • You have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT Med card for driving purposes (Applicants are subject to an MVR review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record)
