Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Health Care Administration, Operations Analysis, Clinical field, or related area)

  • Professional experience in continuous improvement within a healthcare environment

    • Includes 1 year utilizing statistical methods and continuous improvement tools

  • Leadership experience in an acute care facility

    • Must include at least 1 year working with senior management and physician leaders
