This role is ideal for a data-driven, solutions-oriented leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, continuous improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Position Summary

The director works closely with senior leadership, physicians, and frontline teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement quality programs, and sustain long-term performance gains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Health Care Administration, Operations Analysis, Clinical field, or related area)

  • Professional experience in continuous improvement within a healthcare environment

    • Includes 1 year utilizing statistical methods and continuous improvement tools

  • Leadership experience in an acute care facility

    • Must include at least 1 year working with senior management and physician leaders
