• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate approaches are applied.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to meet diverse client needs.
• Develop personalized and actionable treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, challenges, and mental health goals.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed to endorse healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily serve stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns. Our clients seek to enhance their quality of life through self-awareness and the acquisition of effective coping techniques. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Applicants with limited/provisional licenses or previous disciplinary actions are not eligible.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a sympathetic approach to therapy.
• Proficient in using digital platforms and technology for telehealth services and documentation.

We encourage candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly those familiar with teletherapy practices and modalities that cater to diverse populations. Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices while exhibiting strong problem-solving skills will be advantageous in this role.
