• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate open dialogue with clients, encouraging them to explore their emotions and experiences for deeper self-awareness.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining clear and achievable goals throughout their treatment.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.

You will work primarily with a diverse range of stable adult clients who have been carefully screened prior to scheduling services. Our client base consists of individuals exhibiting low acuity issues, allowing you to focus on providing effective counseling without the complexities associated with severe mental health cases. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must possess a valid and in-good-standing state license as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are acceptable.
• You must have strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic demeanor to effectively connect with clients.
• Proficiency in technology and an understanding of remote counseling tools are essential.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred to ensure you possess the skills to handle the diverse needs of our client base effectively.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and caseload.
