Chat and Change Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This role provides the flexibility of remote work, ensuring that our team members can maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our community from the comfort of their homes. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet manageable schedule. • Provide psychotherapy and mental health services to patients facing a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' mental health status, encompassing emotional, behavioral, and social dimensions to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Design individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally responsive, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.
• Regularly review and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, tailored treatment options, and available community resources to support their mental health journey.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for patients.
• Adhere strictly to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

The LCSW will work with a diverse population, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and cultural settings. This role focuses on patients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including emerging adulthood stressors, familial conflicts, and trauma-related disorders. The clinician's ability to connect with patients and address their unique concerns will directly impact their recovery paths and long-term mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment plan development, backed by a comprehensive understanding of mental health theories and practices.
• Competency in utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technologies for efficient patient care management.
• A firm commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards in all aspects of care.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or clinical supervision may be given preference. Familiarity with community resources and support networks is highly advantageous.
