This full-time position is predominantly conducted onsite at patients' homes, allowing for a flexible, personalized approach to care. • Assess and evaluate patients to identify their physical therapy needs and set achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a patient load of one patient per hour, allowing for focused attention and personalized care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions aimed at enhancing mobility and functional ability.
• Employ cost-effective therapies to improve patients' range of motion while minimizing reliance on medications or surgical alternatives.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery journey, adapting programs as required to maximize their potential.
• Document patient responses to interventions in accordance with established procedures and maintain accurate records of services delivered.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and recovery.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes to monitor progress and adapt plans to improve effectiveness.

This position focuses on a diverse patient population, primarily individuals seeking rehabilitation for musculoskeletal issues, post-surgical recovery, and mobility impairments. • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional license.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Strong ability to utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• A successful track record of working independently while managing a patient caseload.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and outcomes measurement.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 75,000 and 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
