Reflective Peaceful Vision Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote, school-based capacity. You will collaborate closely with educators and school administrators, leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide effective mental health services. Our outpatient mental health clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art resources, supporting a dynamic approach to therapy that meets the needs of our clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for students experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
• Developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to each student's needs.
• Offering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy, based on assessment findings and client preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper record management.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, counselors, and external mental health professionals, to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for students.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve the quality of care and incorporate best practices into your treatment approach.
• Providing educational workshops and resources to parents and teachers about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to enhance your clinical practice and treatment outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, tackling a spectrum of mental health concerns within the school environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate academic pressures, personal challenges, and emotional distress.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy within school or community settings.
• A solid understanding of solution-focused interventions and evidence-based therapy practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with students and other stakeholders.
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Experience working within school systems or educational institutions.
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by children and families in underserved communities.
• Previous engagement in interdisciplinary team collaborations.
