ANP Health is seeking passionate and experienced TN-Visa eligible Registered Nurses (RNs) from Canada or Mexico who are looking for Green Card sponsorship at one of our partnering hospitals around the U.S. We value nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are eager to grow their careers in the United States. Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based bedside care to patients in a variety of clinical settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using electronic health records
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic healthcare environment
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and NCLEX passed
  • Currently residing in Canada or Mexico
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent bedside nursing experience
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to relocate to the United States and pursue Green Card sponsorship
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
