Full-Time | Pay: $65,000–$130,000 per year

The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and technicians. This position requires excellent communication, organization, sales ability, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns

  • Create and manage repair orders

  • Perform test drives when appropriate to help verify symptoms

  • Review technician findings and explain recommended repairs

  • Provide accurate estimates for parts, labor, and completion times

  • Obtain authorization and keep customers updated throughout the repair process

  • Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and needed services

  • Coordinate customer-pay, factory-warranty, and extended-warranty repairs

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index standards established by Stellantis

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of automotive service advisor or service writer experience

  • At least one year of experience at a Stellantis-branded dealership

  • Proven success in automotive service sales and customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment

  • Tekion, DealerConnect, Mopar, or Jeep experience is preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to complete applicable background and drug screenings
