Responsibilities
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client strengths and areas of need.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other clinical staff.

  • Collaborate with families by providing education, support, and ongoing communication regarding client progress.

  • Review and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care across settings.

  • Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.

  • Maintain current knowledge of ABA research, best practices, and BACB ethical standards.

  • Ensure clinical services comply with insurance requirements, authorizations, and documentation standards.

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing requirements.

  • Travel locally, as needed, to provide support across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.

  • Meets BACB supervision requirements.

  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to effectively supervise and mentor clinical staff while supporting positive client outcomes.

  • Passion for improving the lives of children and families through compassionate, high-quality care.
