Job description

The Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold, LLP, one of Bergen County’s premier personal injury law firms, seeks an experienced New Jersey Personal Injury Attorney to join our litigation team.

We seek a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven, client-focused environment and can independently handle significant cases while working collaboratively with our team.

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Bar admission.
  • Minimum 3 years of New Jersey personal injury litigation experience.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Strong organizational skills with cloud-based, paperless files.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 75–100 personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Prepare litigation and settlement packages for discovery, arbitration, mediation, trial, friendly hearings, and settlements.
  • Conduct depositions, court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Review PIP ledgers, EOBs, health insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid records, and pursue PIP arbitrations or litigation as appropriate.

Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
  • Needles/Neos experience preferred.
