• Perform thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, focusing on their specific needs in a home care environment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing various techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training to alleviate pain and enhance functional independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, using evidence-based practices to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals and educate families and caregivers on effective therapy practices and proper use of assistive devices.
• Stay up to date with best practices in the field by engaging in continuous education and professional development, including attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and reviewing current literature.

You will serve a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors who are navigating recovery from a range of conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological disorders, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain management. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each age group and diagnosis will be crucial in your approach to delivering effective interventions.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong computer skills for accurate documentation and familiarity with electronic health records.

• While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, we are open to considering new graduates who demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional care in home-based settings.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and assistive devices is an advantage but not mandatory.

The salary range for this position is competitive and ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
