As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work through the Sales Operations Organization to develop plans, processes, and optimization strategies that drive efficiency and scale across the team. You will partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to identify short term and long term operational goals, define and develop new processes to eliminate bottlenecks, and drive scalable methods of tracking and improving team performance.
A critical component of this role will be leveraging the latest AI tools and resources to streamline existing workflows, automate repeatable processes, and operationalize new efficiencies across the sales operations function. The Sales Operations Manager will become a deep subject matter expert in Sales Operations procedures, blockers, and bottlenecks. You will partner with cross-functional teams including KfB's Business Intelligence, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions that enable the sales operations team to achieve its goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes are executed in line with Amazon's customer obsessed culture and that installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction-free, and professional manner.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the rapidly growing Access-as-a-Service sector. The Sales Operations function within KfB is a highly visible program, and performance metrics will be tracked by senior leaders across different organizations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
