Job description

Coconut Logistics LLC - Amazon Delivery Driver (Flexible Schedule)
Coconut Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for motivated, reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses. Delivery Associates (DA) will begin and end their route from the brand new Amazon Danbury, CT facility and will strive to get every Amazon package delivered to its destination on-time. A new company van will be provided. CDL not required. Full-time and flexible schedules including weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly customer service and ensure that every assigned package is delivered safely and in a timely manner
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered
  • Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicle at all times
  • Use handheld device to deliver and manage packages, control routing and customer delivery information.
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely getting in and out of cargo van in a timely manner
  • Routes require you to move fast, stay organized while safely navigating through your route

Job Requirements:
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Consent to driving record and criminal record check
  • Consent to a pre-employment drug test
  • 21 years of age
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Get in and out of a van throughout the day and comfortable driving in changing weather conditions.
  • Good communication skills, team player and the ability to work well with others
  • Must be punctual, reliable and passionate about customer service
  • Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus
