We are looking for a reliable, personable, and hands-on team player to join us as a Delivery Driver & Sales Support Specialist. This is a hybrid role built for someone who enjoys being on the road, representing our brands to wholesale partners, and helping out back at the facility when the delivery schedule allows. Between deliveries, this role supports the Sales Manager with account coordination and order management, and contributes to production, trimming, and packaging. • Maintaining delivery manifests and required documentation
  • Representing Holistic Wellness professionally at every partner account

  • Assisting with production, trimming, and packaging during down time
  • Keeping your vehicle clean, organized, and road-ready for deliveries
  • Working collaboratively with sales, production, packaging, and management teams
  • Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and sanitary at all times

On-the-job training will be provided; however, prior delivery, sales support, or cannabis production experience is valued.

This is an hourly position with opportunity for commission after 6โ€“12 months based on performance.

  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs

  • Applicants holding an active Registry Identification Card (RIC) will receive priority consideration during the selection process

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with orders and paperwork
