What is a Holistic Spa?

A holistic spa is a wellness center that offers treatments and therapies focused on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than just addressing specific symptoms or concerns. These spas often combine traditional spa services like massages and facials with holistic practices such as aromatherapy, meditation, energy healing, and nutrition counseling. The goal is to promote overall well-being, relaxation, and balance, helping clients achieve long-term health benefits. Holistic spas may also incorporate natural and organic products to enhance the healing process.
