As an Esthetician at this Massage Envy franchised location*, essential duties include performing professional quality Jan Marini and PCA Facials as well as Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Oxygenating Facials, Microderm Infusions, Nourishing Light Facials and Facial Waxing within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable) and in alignment with policies and protocols in accordance with applicable law in your franchised location, performing esthetic services based on members/guests individual needs, and upholding the Massage Envy brands core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.

Responsibilities Include:


Providing excellent guest service by consistently upholding rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with members and guests.
Confidently and knowledgeably educating members and guests on the benefits of routine esthetic treatments, as well as home care regimens.
Assisting and promoting PCA Skin and Jan Marini skincare services and products after performing a skin scan to all clients when available.
Achieve retail sales goals in accordance with predetermined bonus structure.
Maintaining your space and keeping it clean and hygienic.


Education, Skills, and Training:


Have completed the minimum of 500 hours of skincare education as well as required classroom work.
Be able to pass a background check with satisfactory results as a condition of employment.
Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetics services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current esthetics License.
Have knowledge of and experience in the services we offer, and recommending products to continue their care at home.
