YOUR ROLE

As a Registered Nurse at MIHS of Winnsboro d/b/a The Wave of Columbia, you'll provide compassionate nursing care in a residential substance use detox and treatment setting. You'll assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes in a low-stress environment.



YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

  • Performing basic and focused nursing assessments, vital signs, observation, and documentation
  • Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Conducting admission assessments and basic nursing exams
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participating in treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
  • Ensuring patient safety and responding to emergencies according to policies
