Job Overview: As a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well-being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
This position can either be 8 shifts in a two week pay period or 10 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) for a total of 32 or 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a short-term rehab care setting.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Participate in staff training and development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
