Seasonal Production Associate โ€“ Holiday Fundraising Support


Looking to earn some extra holiday cash while supporting a meaningful cause? 


Join the dedicated team at Alsum Farms & Produce this festive season and help pack and prepare fresh produce gift boxes that benefit Wisconsin FFA Chapters and local civic organizations. With nearly 30 years of commitment to agriculture education and community support, we invite you to be part of our holiday tradition and make a difference this season.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in packing fresh fruit gift boxes, potatoes, onions, gourmet nuts, Wisconsin cheese, and sausage gift boxes

- Ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained during packing

- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals

- Support the overall efficiency of the holiday fundraising operation


Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production roles is a plus but not required

- Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day, starting at 7:30 am
