Job description

RN-Operating Roomย 

Location: Zanesville, OH
Pay Rate: $53.00โ€“$56.00/hr
Schedule:ย  7:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 3 years

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a 13-week contract in Zanesville, OH. This role is a great opportunity for an OR RN with strong circulating experience who is comfortable working day shifts, rotating call, and supporting surgical services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in the operating room setting
  • Circulate during general OR procedures
  • Support surgical workflow, patient safety, and perioperative care
  • Assist with robotic, neuro, and orthopedic cases as needed
  • Float to surgery centers if required
  • Participate in weekday, weekend, and possible holiday call rotation
  • Document care accurately in EPIC
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, nurses, and surgical team members

Requirements

  • Active Ohio RN license required
  • Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience required
  • Operating Room circulating experience required
  • BLS/BCLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • Robotic, neuro, and ortho experience preferred
  • EPIC proficiency required
  • Must be able to work 4x10 day shifts with rotating call
  • Holiday call may be required
