Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
