Position Summary

The Cabin Cleaner is responsible for supporting Huntleigh USA's commitment to providing exceptional service by maintaining clean, sanitized, and orderly aircraft interiors. This position ensures aircraft are properly cleaned, inspected, and prepared for passenger service while complying with Huntleigh USA, airline, and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) safety and security requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Vacuum aircraft carpets and seating areas.

  • Wipe and sanitize seats, tray tables, overhead bins, galleys, lavatories, and other aircraft surfaces.

  • Remove trash and replace waste receptacle liners.

  • Organize and properly dispose of waste and cleaning materials.

  • Conduct aircraft security searches in accordance with TSA guidelines and company procedures.

  • Inspect aircraft interiors for prohibited or suspicious items and immediately report concerns.

  • Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while following all safety procedures.

  • Report accidents, incidents, or unusual observations to supervisors.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and uniform requirements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.

  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach, and access all areas of an aircraft cabin.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements throughout an entire shift.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces and assist with moving equipment or supplies as needed.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
