Action Property Management is seeking hospitality professionals to join our teams at some of the most prestigious luxury residential communities in San Francisco. We are looking for individuals who bring the service excellence of luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, or high-end retail environments and are committed to exceeding expectations every day.

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour (depending upon experience and role)
Schedules: Vary by property and may include:
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Hospitality, concierge, fine dining experience or luxury residential experience preferred.
  • Luxury hotel, private club, or high-end residential experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional presentation with a strong service mindset.
  • Ability to anticipate resident and guest needs while providing personalized attention.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
