CondoCare Inc. is hiring a Lead Carpenter for year-round residential and HOA repair projects throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who can lead crews, communicate with clients, and deliver high-quality repairs with minimal supervision.
Projects Include
  • Siding & trim replacement
  • Deck rebuilds & structural rot repair
  • Window & door installation
  • Exterior/interior residential repairs
  • Punch-list & HOA maintenance projects
  • Small project management and crew coordination
We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair methods
  • Ability to lead a small crew and keep projects moving efficiently
