Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Interaction, Graphic, Industrial, New Media, or related design field
• Open to considering different educational backgrounds based on professional experience
Required Skills (Technical):
• 5–7 years of experience designing digital product experiences
• Proficient with Figma, Miro, or other associated design tools
• Exceptional design skills and attention to detail
• Familiar with design sprints and the agile methodology
• Experience in Interaction Architecture, UI/UX design, Customer Experience, and/or User Experience
• Knowledge of UX industry standards, usability, and design trends
• Knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and concepts
• Knowledge of web software design
• Knowledge of web trends and directions
• Knowledge of computer software industry
• Creativity – ability to apply creative thinking to business situations
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking – ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business requirements or new web features
• Provide and facilitate design thinking activities to support digital solutions
• Partner with digital product owners and process owners to capture UX/UI needs
• Align deliverables to a user experience strategy that includes a common, unified, end-to-end experience
• Create journey maps, user flows, and personas
• Integrate the warranty platform UI/UX roadmaps into the overall warranty transformation program
• Create wireframes, user flows, visual design assets, and interactive prototypes/high-fidelity mockups
• Create polished, production-ready UI designs
• Conceptualize and communicate design ideas to stakeholders of all levels
