Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
At Hitec Information & Technologies, Inc, our IT Solutions team provides support and maintenance to our critical customer facing applications and the internal business systems. The Full Stack Web Developer will be a key member in providing our business partners, clients and overall stakeholders with innovative, creative and efficient technical solutions. Primary Duties and Responsibility:
-Development of new applications capabilities; both for internal and external use
-Development and support of Web/SaaS systems
-Actively assist in application development and maintenance activities
-Work with other members of the IT Division to determine application strategy & roadmap
-Evaluate and develop enhancements to existing applications / integrations
-Collaboration of outsourced development projects with consultants / vendors
-Recommend and research new application development technologies and initiatives
-Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for all of enterprise applications using the internal service desk ticketing system
-Maintain adequate system testing methodologies for all releases of applications developed both in-house and outsourced
-Utilize best-practice application development methodologies to maximize reuse, reduce duplication, and enable rapid application development techniques
-Troubleshooting and researching to determine solutions to user and system issues
