Carrols Corporation is hiring Restaurant Managers & Assistant Managers for our locations in Springfield, IL!

Carrols owns and operates over 675 Burger King restaurants in 13 states, and employs over 19,000 people. We are the largest Burger King franchise in the US! 
There is a clearly defined career path with Carrols, from Team Member to Shift Supervisor to Assistant Manager to General Manager. Carrols offers a number of different advancement opportunities for its Restaurant Managers. We realize that in order for our managers to be successful in an ever-changing business environment, we must devote time, effort, and commitment to their on-going development needs.

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must have reliable transportation; Possess valid driver’s license 
  • Able to lift 25 pounds 
  • Able and willing to complete a background check and drug screen 
  • Able and willing to complete 7 week training course 
  • Available to work 5 days/week, 50 hours/week (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
