As a Salon Manager, You'll:

  • Set the tone by communicating expectations so every stylist delivers the 5 Steps to Customer Care, every time
  • Lead by example - working peak times, including weekends

  • Recruit and hire team members who share our commitment to customer loyalty

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Current cosmetology, barber, or manager license per state/province regulations
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • A genuine passion for great customer service
  • Commitment to living out the 5 Steps to Customer Care
  • Stamina to cut hair for extended periods and deliver quality cuts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills to really understand what a customer wants
  • A knack for resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Comfort using a computer to track customer information
  • Solid people-management skills - recruiting, training, developing, motivating, and retaining your team
  • The ability to lead a team that's bought into company goals and values
  • Confidence presenting both internally and externally
  • Ability to read and speak English

Peyton Company salon managers are required to work 34+ floor hours a week and 5 weekend days a month. Great Clips experience preferred. 3+ years of hair-cutting experience preferred.
