Job description

Turbo Tim’s is seeking top-tier, experienced A-Level Technicians (Master Techs) to join our team. You are confident in diagnosing and repairing the most complex issues. You’ve got the experience and skill to handle deep mechanical work, electrical diagnostics, advanced drivability concerns, and ADAS systems—and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with teammates.


Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose advanced mechanical and electrical issues

Perform complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and diagnostic-intensive jobs

Use scan tools, scopes, and technical databases to troubleshoot efficiently

Collaborate with other techs to mentor and support their development

Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about findings and recommendations

Prioritize safety, transparency, and quality

Document inspections and repairs through via our Digital Vehicle Inspection process

Stay current with training and certifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of automotive repair experience - Production shop

  • Deep diagnostic and repair expertise across multiple systems and makes

  • ASE certifications or equivalent experience

  • Own complete set of tools

  • Valid driver's license

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Model the Turbo Tim's Values

Preferred:

  • A1-A8 or other advanced ASE certifications

  • Formal automotive training or degree

  • Hybrid/EV repair experience

  • Leadership or mentorship experience


Compensation:

Pay: $80,000 - $140,000

3% contribution to 401(k) after 12 months
