Assisting Hands of Greater Murray is seeking a Hiring Manager to help build and support an exceptional team of caregivers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, taking initiative, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their caregivers. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow alongside our team and contribute to our continued success.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
Reports to: Agency Director
Primary Duties:
  • Identify, interview, and hire outstanding candidates
  • Onboard new caregivers and ensure full state compliance
  • Coordinate schedules and thoughtfully match caregivers to clients based on personality, availability, and skill set
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers to promote engagement and retention
  • Keep all caregivers file up to date and in compliance
  • Support ongoing staffing needs and daily office operations
  • Prepare caregiver hours for payroll
  • Monitor the office phone
  • Other duties as they may be assigned

Qualifications:
  • 20 years or older
  • Willing and able to commute to the office daily
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
  • Well-organized, prompt, and communicate effectively
Previous hiring experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
FLSA Status: Hourly non-exempt
