Job description

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced CDL‑A long haul drivers for reefer runs. This position offers competitive weekly pay, predictable home time, and modern equipment with primarily no‑touch freight.

  • Compensation: $1,600–$1,700 per week
  • Typical mileage: Approximately 2,500–3,000 miles per week.
  • Schedule / home time: Home every 21 days for 3 days (may accumulate up to 12 days of home time).
  • Equipment: Late‑model Kenworth T680 tractors, fully equipped, automatic transmission; company‑provided reefer trailers.
  • Freight type: Primarily no‑touch / drop‑and‑hook assignments.
  • Benefits: Benefits begin after 60 days with the company; comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan (details provided during hiring process).

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Operate company tractor safely and in full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Complete drop‑and‑hook and occasional live load/unload assignments as required.
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs and required driver paperwork; adhere to hours‑of‑service rules.
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow company safety standards and trucking industry best practices at all times.

Minimum qualifications

  • Valid, current Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
  • At least 12 months of tractor‑trailer OTR driving experience within the last 36 months.
  • No lifetime record of a failed pre‑employment drug test.
  • Able to pass pre‑employment DOT physical and drug screen and meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.

  • Professional attitude with a commitment to safety and on‑time service.
  • Experience with reefer operations and drop‑and‑hook freight.
