Barista experience is great but not needed (you will be trained in the PJ's way of serving the best cup of coffee in town!) However, you must have:
§ An amazing work ethic, outgoing and engaging personality, and a genuine smile!
§ Interpersonal and customer service skills to spread the love!
§ The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment because we will be busy!
§ The skills to communicate via email, phone, text, and company app, because we are great at communicating! (Said no one ever!)
§ The propensity to learn quickly - stuff is always changing!
§ A friendly demeaner and be able to respond positively to pressure, keeping your composure, and staying calm because you can!
