Overview
Do you enjoy building relationships, providing personalized support, and helping others achieve their travel goals? We are seeking enthusiastic and client-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Client Relations Travel Consultant.
In this role, you will work directly with travelers to understand their vacation preferences, offer tailored recommendations, and assist with coordinating travel arrangements. You'll play an important part in creating a smooth and enjoyable planning experience while helping clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Whether assisting with resort vacations, cruises, family holidays, group travel, destination celebrations, or international adventures, you'll help transform travel ideas into memorable experiences.
No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing development resources to support your success.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their travel interests and objectives
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation opportunities
  • Recommend travel options that align with individual preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Assist with arranging lodging, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
  • Provide support throughout the travel planning and reservation process
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate travel details with supplier partners and vendors
  • Monitor reservation status, confirmations, itinerary updates, and client requests
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and organized travel records
  • Stay informed about industry trends, destination updates, and special promotions
  • Deliver exceptional service designed to create long-term client relationships
Qualifications
