Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and possibly certifications like CIPD or SHRM is valuable. Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and strong organizational abilities help build relationships and ensure effective candidate evaluation. These skills and qualifications are crucial for attracting top talent and ensuring compliance within Spain’s dynamic employment landscape.
