Job description

Job Description

Southern Team Auto Mall has served the Roanoke and New River Valley region for more than three decades, growing from a single store into one of Southwest Virginia's leading dealership groups: Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru, and Volkswagen, plus our pre-owned operations, with our Nissan store in Christiansburg anchoring the New River Valley. We have built careers here, not just jobs! Our leadership team is long-tenured, because people who join Southern Team tend to stay and grow.

We are hiring a Sales & Business Manager for Southern Team Nissan of New River Valley. This is a single, powerful seat that runs the Sales desk and the Business Office. You structure the deal, you set the gross, you work the lender, and you finalize the contract. If you have carried both hats, or you are a strong Desk Manager or F&I producer ready to own the entire deal, this is the seat with the most control, and the most upside in the entire store.

What You'll Do

  • Desk every new and used deal - structure the sale, set and protect from gross, work the turnover
  • Present the menu and write the F&I - finance products, lender approvals, contracts, and funding start to finish
  • Drive penetration, PVR, and preferred-lender mix while keeping CIT clean and deals funding quickly
  • Lead and coach the Sales floor day to day while protecting CSI on every delivery

What We Offer

  • The whole deal, one seat - This is the position with the most control (and the most earning power in the store).
  • $150,000 - $300,000+ per year (OTE) - A $4,000 monthly draw against an uncapped commission and bonus plan that pays you for both the desk and the box. We do not ask for your salary history.
  • A four-day work week - coming soon - Also included with an every other month extended break. Real time off in a business that rarely offers it.
  • Modern tools - Our proprietary Saturn DMS supports digital menus and remote contracting, so you spend your time producing, not fighting the software.
  • A place to build a career - A long-tenured leadership team and a group that has grown steadily in this market since 1988.
  • Full benefits - Health / Dental / Vision / 401(k) / paid time off

Who You Are

  • An experienced dealership Desk Manager, and F&I producer, or someone who has carried both hats and wants the whole deal
  • Someone who can structure a deal, hold gross, and close at the desk
  • A compliant, high-penetration F&I producer who presents well to every customer
  • A leader who can run a floor and develop the people on it
