Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift (Option 1): MondayFriday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift (Option 2): MondayFriday, 1:45 PM 10:15 PM


Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a custodial team at a large industrial facility in Roanoke, IN. This role is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and managing a team of custodians across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and has experience supervising cleaning staff in an industrial or commercial environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Union custodial staff

  • Ensure all areas of the facility (offices, restrooms, production floors, common areas) are cleaned and maintained to standard

  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed

  • Train new custodians on safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and equipment use

  • Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues or deficiencies

  • Maintain cleaning schedules and complete necessary documentation

  • Communicate effectively with facility management and team members

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a housekeeping or custodial supervisory role

  • Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial facilities preferred
