What does hiring entry level mean?

'Hiring entry level' refers to recruiting candidates for positions that require little to no prior work experience in the field. These jobs are typically designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a new career path. Entry level positions often provide on-the-job training and opportunities for skill development, making them a good starting point for building a career. Employers seek candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated, even if they lack professional experience.

Entry-level hires often face challenges such as adapting to a new professional environment, managing workloads, and learning company-specific processes.
