Now Hiring: Entry-Level Structural Painter - Trinity, AL

Location: Trinity, Alabama
Start Date: Approximately June 2, 2025
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Per Diem: Not available for this position

United Trades of America is currently seeking dependable and safety-conscious individuals for an upcoming project in Trinity, Alabama. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a hands-on construction environment with a respected industry leader.

We're hiring Entry-Level Structural Painters to assist in the finalization and protection of a bolted steel structure. This work is essential to maintaining the structural integrity and appearance of the installation.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Apply paint to bolt heads and rust spots on a large, assembled steel structure

  • Work from step ladders and in elevated areas while using a safety harness

  • Follow detailed instructions and perform work to meet project specifications and deadlines

  • Comply with all safety requirements on the job site

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift


Required PPE:

All standard PPE is required for this position, including:

  • Hard hat

  • Safety glasses

  • High visibility safety vest

  • Safety harness (provided)

  • Safety toe shoes (must bring your own)

Note: All required safety PPE will be provided except for safety toe shoes. Candidates must report to work with their own safety toe footwear.


Job Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working at height and from step ladders

  • Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions with precision

  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Trinity, AL

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude

  • Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions
