Job description

Paid-on-Premise Paramedic (Maximum 20 hours/week)

This position performs paramedic duties on a part-time scheduled basis with a minimum of 8 hours worked per calendar month in an 8-hour block. Works under the close supervision of a Public Safety Supervisor. Please see attached position description for essential duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Certification as Wisconsin Paramedic (with PALS/ACLS, American Heart Association, BLS Certification)
  • EVOC Certification (within 6 months of employment)

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a hiring process consisting of:

  • Oral interview
  • Drug screen/medical exam
  • Background check
