Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33069

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a safety system implementation and data migration project in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Enter, review, and validate safety records and incident data.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and assist with data cleanup.
  • Create and update electronic forms, inspections, audits, and checklists.
  • Maintain accurate records, supporting documents, and migration trackers.
  • Use Excel and web-based software to organize and manage data.
  • Support system testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of data entry, administrative, records management, or similar experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
