Hiring Co refers to a company's internal hiring team or HR department responsible for recruiting candidates directly. Recruiters are external professionals or agencies hired to source and screen candidates on behalf of a company. While Hiring Co manages the entire hiring process internally, recruiters focus on candidate sourcing and outreach externally. Both play vital roles in the hiring process but differ mainly in their operational approach and employment status.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in a hiring company, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in hiring companies often face challenges such as managing high volumes of applications, staying updated with evolving recruitment technologies, and meeting clients' diverse hiring needs within tight deadlines.
