Job description

Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Dishwasher for our BRAND NEW assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex! We are located in beautiful Apex just off I-540 at Hwy 64.

Calyx is looking to hire NOW a Dishwasher to wash dishes and help prepare food items needed for the meal service while following the established menu, standardized recipes, portion control guides and food production time schedules. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to washing dishes, food handling, preparing the kitchen for peak service times, and making sure cooks have adequate supplies during peak service.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Prep experience preferred
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently during rush hours
  • Ability to set goals and achieve them
  • 1 to 2 years experience in food handling strongly preferred
