About Us

At Tailored Bottling Solutions (TBS), we don’t just bottle drinks—we build beverage brands. From fast-growing energy drinks to specialty canned and bottled beverages, our state-of-the-art co-packing facilities keep production moving fast. We play to win, and our warehouse team is the backbone that keeps our raw ingredients flowing and our finished goods heading out the door.

We are looking for an experienced, safety-first HILO / Forklift Driver to join our growing Detroit team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision warehouse execution, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • High-Speed Material Moving: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up HILO/forklift equipment to move pallets of raw ingredients, aluminum cans, glass bottles, and finished corrugated packaging.

  • Line Replenishment: Keep our high-speed automated bottling and canning lines perfectly staged and supplied with materials to prevent any operational downtime.

  • Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload inbound and outbound freight trailers. Verify physical counts against packing slips and bills of lading (BOL).

  • Inventory Control: Utilize handheld RF scanners to track product movements, log pallet locations, and maintain 100% inventory accuracy in our warehouse management database.

  • Pallet Organization & Stacking: Wrap, tag, and organize finished production pallets. Stack loads safely up to maximum racking heights according to strict safety guidelines.

  • Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain clean, organized driving aisles and staging areas. Perform daily pre-shift maintenance and safety checklists on your assigned HILO equipment.

What We're Looking For (Job Requirements)

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of continuous forklift/HILO experience in a high-speed manufacturing, production warehouse, or beverage/food packaging facility.

  • Certification: Valid forklift operator license/certification required (or must be able to pass our on-site practical evaluation immediately upon hire).

  • Skills: Strong spatial awareness and a flawless safety record. Ability to read production schedules, shipping sheets, and use digital inventory tracking scanners.

  • Physical Ability: Must be comfortable being on and off the HILO throughout a 12-hour shift, with the ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs when manually adjusting loads or pallets.

  • Reliability: A team-first attitude and dependable attendance. Beverage production doesn't slow down, and our lines count on the warehouse to stay moving.

Why Join TBS?

  • Competitive hourly wages with clear paths for operational advancement.

  • Steady, predictable 12-hour block scheduling (giving you more full days off per week).

  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and paid time off.

  • Clean, modern, high-tech manufacturing environment.
