Their roles may involve outreach, mentorship, event planning, and facilitating religious observance, all aimed at enriching Jewish student life. Hillel staff often collaborate with students, campus partners, and local communities to foster a welcoming environment. They play a key role in helping students explore and strengthen their Jewish identities.
