Patient Service Representative - Hillcrest
Location: Hillcrest
Per Diem | $25 to $25.50/hr

Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to patients throughout their imaging experience. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of IHS, helping patients check in, answering questions, coordinating with referring physicians, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist patients with check-ins, payments, and appointment confirmations.
  • Communicate with referring physician offices to coordinate care and clarify orders.
  • Answer patient questions and provide clear information about imaging procedures.
  • Maintain and update patient information accurately inEHR and scheduling systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and an outstanding experience.
  • Uphold IHS standards of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training in customer service preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
  • Friendly, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts as needed.
