About the Role:

The HIL - Truck Loader plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe loading of trucks within our logistics and distribution operations. This position is responsible for organizing, loading, and securing freight to maximize space utilization while maintaining the integrity of the cargo. The role requires close collaboration with warehouse teams and drivers to meet tight delivery schedules and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy. The Truck Loader will also be instrumental in conducting inspections of cargo and equipment to prevent damage and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the smooth flow of goods from warehouse to customer, supporting overall supply chain effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in truck loading or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and commercial vehicle loading standards.
  • Experience operating various material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and drivers.

Responsibilities:
