Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Highridge Center

Day & Night Shifts Available | Starting at $25/hr + Night Shift Differential | *$500 Sign-On Bonus (1099)


CSI Caregiver Services is actively registering and onboarding experienced 1099 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide care and support for patients at the Highridge Center. We are currently seeking nurses for both day and night shifts, with immediate opportunities available.

As a Caregiver Services Inc., a Help at Home company contractor, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying flexible scheduling, competitive pay starting at $25/hour, a night shift differential for overnight coverage, weekly pay, and ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs seeking flexible contract work while earning an additional *$500 Sign-On Bonus and supporting patients in a clinical care setting.


Available Shifts

Day Shift

  • Pay: $25.00 per hour

Night Shift

  • 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Starting pay: $25.00 per hour plus night shift differential

Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities may be available.

What You'll Do (LPN Responsibilities)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting patients at the Highridge Center, responsibilities may include:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
  • Observe and report changes in patient status to the appropriate healthcare team
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes


Eligibility Requirements

  • Active Florida LPN License or qualifying multi-state license
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Current CPR certification (preferred)
  • Ability to pass all required screenings and onboarding requirements
  • FL Clearinghouse Background Check – HB531 | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration

Sign-on Bonus Details:

*$500 sign-on bonus is valid for eligible 1099 Caregivers in Florida. This bonus is available to caregivers who start with a client on or after February 1, 2026. The sign-on bonus is paid in one installment of $500 after the caregiver has completed 500 worked hours. The caregiver must be active and in good standing at the time of bonus payout. The required 500 worked hours must be completed by the one-year anniversary of the caregiver’s start date to be eligible for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements. New caregivers, as well as previous caregivers who have been inactive for 60 days or more, are eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from another Help at Home location, entity, or organization within the Help at Home portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. 1099 Caregivers must track hours and submit bonus requests to payroll upon meeting all requirements.
