The successful candidate will bring strong clinical credibility, a deep understanding of patient pathways and procedural workflows, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external customers. This person will serve as a critical link between clinical insights and commercial execution to accelerate growth of ActivL and other strategic Highridge brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate clinical data, evidence, and real-world experience into impactful messaging, tools, and programs that support commercial objectives for ActivL and other strategic brands.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, centers, and key opinion leaders to drive procedural growth and long-term market penetration.
  • Support development of educational initiatives, surgeon programs, peer-to-peer events, advisory boards, and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align market development plans with broader brand strategy, product positioning, and commercial execution across multiple product lines.
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights and market feedback to inform strategy, messaging, training, and future program development.
  • Provide strategic input on competitive dynamics, market trends, and customer needs within spine, motion preservation, and adjacent procedure categories.
  • Partner with field teams to support launch execution, account activation, and ongoing utilization growth.
  • Help develop and refine tools, resources, and best practices that enable the field to effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of ActivL and other Highridge solutions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize market development efforts and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in medical device, spine, orthopedics, or related healthcare field.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience supporting surgeons, procedures, and hospital-based care environments.
  • Experience in market development, downstream marketing, clinical education, medical education, or field-based commercial support preferred.
  • Spine experience strongly preferred; experience with motion preservation, biologics, or enabling technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with surgeons, healthcare providers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze market opportunities and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
